Qualification:

Medical Officer ‘G’ Surgical Oncology (Breast Services):

• Candidates must have passed M.Ch.(Surgical Oncology)/ M.Ch.(Endocrine Surgery) or an equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by National Medical Commission with 9 years post M.Ch experience in Breast Oncology OR M.S./ D.N.B.(General Surgery) or an equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by National Medical Commission with 13 years post-M.S./D.N.B. experience in Surgical/ Breast Oncology in a teaching institute. Exclusive experience in breast cancer surgery is desirable.

Medical Officer ‘F’, Surgical Oncology (Breast Services):

• Candidates must have passed M.Ch.(Surgical Oncology)/ M.Ch.(Endocrine Surgery) or an equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by National Medical Commission with 5 years post M.Ch experience in Breast Oncology OR M.S./ D.N.B.(General Surgery) or an equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by National Medical Commission with 8 years post-M.S./D.N.B. experience in Surgical/ Breast Oncology in a teaching institute. Exclusive experience in breast cancer surgery is desirable.

Medical Officer ‘E’ (Interventional Radiology) :

• Candidates must have passed D.M. (Intervention Radiology) OR M.D./ D.N.B.( Radio-diagnosis) recognized by National Medical Commission with 03 years’ experience post-M.D. /D.N.B. in Interventional Radiology.

Medical Officer ‘E’ (Radiation Oncology):

• Candidates must have passed M.D. / D.N.B. (Radiation Oncology/Radiotherapy) or an equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by National Medical Commission with 3 years post M.D./ D.N.B. experience in Radiation Oncology in a teaching hospital or cancer center. Candidates with less than 3 years’ experience after post-graduation will be considered for lower grades, if there are no suitably experienced candidates. Adequate experience in Brachytherapy techniques, advanced 3D conformal treatment planning techniques, and IMRT is desirable for this position.

Medical Officer ‘E’ (Anesthesiology):

• Candidates must have passed M.D./ D.N.B. (Anesthesia) or equivalent postgraduate degree in Anesthesiology recognized by National Medical Commission with 3 Years’ post-M.D./ D.N.B. experience in Anesthesia in a Teaching Hospital. Candidates with less than 3 years’ experience after M.D./D.N.B. will be considered for lower grades, if there are no suitably experienced candidates. Experience in critical care and pain management is desirable.

Medical Officer ‘E’ (Bone And Soft Tissue):

• Candidates must have passed M.S./D.N.B. (Orthopedics) or equivalent degree recognized by the National Medical Commission with 3 years’ post-M.S./D.N.B. experience in Orthopedics, out of which a minimum 1-year experience in Bone & Soft Tissue Oncology. Candidates with less than 3 years of experience after post-graduation will be considered for lower grades if there are no suitably experienced candidates. Exclusive experience in Bone & Soft Tissue Oncology for a minimum of 1 year is desirable.

Medical Officer ‘E’ (Medical Oncology) (Solid Tumor):

• Candidates must have passed D.M. / D.N.B. (Medical Oncology) or an equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by National Medical Commission. OR M.D. / D.N.B. (Medicine) or an equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by National Medical Commission with 3 Years’ post-M.D./ D.N.B. experience in Solid Tumor Medical Oncology in a Teaching Hospital. Candidates with less than 3 years’ experience after post-graduation will be considered for lower grades, if there are no suitably experienced candidates.

Medical Officer ‘E’ (Medical Oncology):

• Candidates must have passed D.M. / D.N.B. (Medical Oncology) or an equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by National Medical Commission OR M.D. / D.N.B. (Medicine) or an equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by National Medical Commission with 3 Years’ post-M.D./ D.N.B.(Medicine) experience in Medical Oncology in a Teaching Hospital. Medical Officer ‘E’ (Transfusion Medicine):

• Candidates must have passed MD / D.N.B. (Transfusion Medicine) / MD/D.N.B. ( Immunohematology and Transfusion Medicine ) / MD (Immunohematology and Blood Transfusion ) or equivalent recognized by National Medical Commission with a minimum of 03 years experience in Transfusion Medicine/ Blood Centre after post-graduation. Medical Officer ‘E’, Intensivist (Critical Care):

• Candidates must have passed D.M. (Critical Care) or equivalent OR M.D. / D.N.B.(Anaesthesia / General Medicine / Pulmonary Medicine / Pediatrics ) or an equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by National Medical Commission MD / DNB with 3 years post M.D. / D.N.B. experience in Critical Care. Medical Officer ‘E’, Gastroenterology:

• Candidates must have passed D.M. / D.N.B.(Gastroenterology) recognized by National Medical Commission with experience in Medical Gastroenterology Department.

Medical Officer ‘E’ (Radio-Diagnosis):

(Radiology / Radio-diagnosis) or an equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by National Medical Commission with 3 years’ post-M.D./ D.N.B. experience in Radiodiagnosis in a teaching hospital. Medical Officer ‘E’ (Plastic Surgery):

• Candidates must have passed M.Ch. / D.N.B. (Plastic Surgery) or an equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by National Medical Commission with a Minimum 1-year experience in Onco-reconstruction and Microvascular Surgery either during M.Ch training or Post M.Ch.

Medical Superintendent -I:

• Candidates must have passed M.B.B.S or B.D.S. from a recognized university in India OR a Medical qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (Persons possessing qualifications included in Part II of the Third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section 13(3) of the Act) AND a) A Postgraduate qualification such as MD or DNB in Hospital/ Healthcare Administration or a recognized equivalent qualification, with 3 years experience in Hospital Administration, after obtaining the P.G. Degree, in hospitals with a minimum of 300 beds. OR b) A Full-Time M.H.A. (Master in Hospital/ Healthcare Administration / Management) or a Full Time M.B.A. or a Full Time Post Graduate Degree recognized as equivalent to MBA by AICTE/ AIU with 4 years experience in Hospital Administration, after obtaining the P.G. Degree, in hospitals with minimum 300 beds.

Scientific Officer ‘E’ (Epidemiology & Biostatistics):

• Candidates must have passed Ph.D. in (Epidemiology/ Public Health/ Statistics/ Health Sciences/ Life Sciences/ Biotechnology OR Post Graduation M.D. from a recognized university. 4 years of experience in Epidemiological or Population Research is essential. MPH & Research experience in Cancer Epidemiology or Prevention or Cancer Registry is desirable.

Scientific Officer ‘C’, Hematopathology:

• Candidates must have passed Post Graduate Degree in Biological Sciences including Biotechnology or equivalent with one year of hands-on documented training experience after post-graduation relevant to the post advertised

Scientific Officer ‘Sb’ (Bio-Medical):

• Candidates must have passed B.E. / B.Tech (Biomedical) with 7 years of experience out of which 3 years in hospital setup.

Scientific Officer ‘SB’ (Trial Co-Ordinator):

• Candidates must have passed M.Sc / BAMS / BHMS with Diploma / Certificate course in Clinical Research with 3 years experience in clinical research.

Medical Physicist ‘C’:

• Candidates must have passed M.Sc. (Physics) and Diploma in Radiological Physics or Equivalent AERB-approved qualifications. Certification of Radiological Safety Officer from AERB with 1-year clinical experience as a Medical Physicist with state-of-the-art technology. Computer programming skills in C++, MATLAB, Python, etc. are desirable.

Scientific Assistant ‘B’ (Tissue Bank):

• Candidates must have passed B.Sc (Biotechnology / Pharmacy / Microbiology / Life Science and Allied Health / Biological Science) with a minimum of 50% marks and a Degree/diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from Government recognized Institute with 1-year experience in a relevant field OR B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology with 50% marks with 2 years experience in relevant field. Preference will be given to candidates having working experience in Tissue Banking / Tissue handling, clean environment, and Quality Control Systems.

Junior Engineer (Civil):

• Candidates must have passed First Class Diploma in Civil Engineering (Full-Time course, 03 years after 10th Std. OR 02 years after 10+2 Std.) from Institutes approved by the State Board of Technical Examination with 05 years post qualification experience with an established firm in supervision, quality control, billing of construction of multi-story buildings.

Scientific Assistant ‘B’, Information Technology- Programmer:

• Candidates must have passed B.Sc. (I.T.) or B.C.A. or Graduate in Computer Science with a minimum of 50% marks from a Govt. recognized university with a minimum of 2 years of programming experience in a Client / Server environment mandatory. Candidate must have good practical knowledge of Visual Basic, SQL, Crystal Report & RDBMS. Working knowledge of AS / 400, DB2, Web Technology / Web development tools, and skills in ASP/VB Script Java, Java Script, etc. is advantageous. Candidates having prior relevant experience working in the Healthcare industry will be preferred.

Scientific Assistant ‘B’ (Patient Navigation):

• Candidates must have passed a Graduate /Post Graduate degree from a recognized Institute /University with a minimum of 50% marks preferably in Medical Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or Public Health. Graduates/Post Graduates from all other disciplines can also apply. 1 year recognized Full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Patient Navigation from a leading Oncology Care Training Institute. 1-year Full-time Fellowship program from a leading Oncology Care Training Institute.

Scientific Assistant ‘B’ (Radiation Oncology):

• Candidates must have passed B.Sc.(Physics) with minimum 50% marks and Post Graduate Diploma in Radiotherapy Technology from a recognized institute/university approved by AERB with a minimum 01-year experience in modern Radiotherapy Technology OR B.Sc (Radiotherapy Technology) – 3/4 years course from a recognized institute/university approved by AERB with 3 years experience in modern Radiotherapy Technology.

Scientific Assistant ‘C’ (Nuclear Medicine):

• Candidates must have passed B.Sc. Physics / Chemistry / Biology / Nuclear Medicine or equivalent with DFIT/DMRIT. Candidates should have passed RSO Level-II (Nuclear Medicine) Examination conducted by RPAD / AERB. A minimum 01-year of experience post-qualification is required in the relevant field.

Assistant Dietician:

• Candidates must have passed M.Sc. (Food Science & Nutrition) OR M.Sc. (Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics) with a minimum 01-year experience (after P.G. Degree). Preference will be given to Registered Dietician (RD) with experience in Oncology Nutrition.

Technician ‘C’ (Biomedical Engineering):

• Candidates must have passed Diploma in Medical Electronics/ Biomedical with 3 years of experience in the maintenance and operation of Medical Equipments in hospitals is essential.

Technician ‘A’ (ICU):

• Candidates must have passed 12th Std. in Science and a Diploma of one year / 6 months in ICU/ OT / Electronics fro

Technician ‘A’ (Endoscopy):

• Candidates must have passed 12th Std. in Science and a Diploma of one year / 6 months in Endoscopy Techniques from a recognized institution with 1 year of experience in the Gastroenterology Department of a large hospital.

Technician ‘A’ (CSSD):

Technician ‘A’, Electrical:

• Candidates must have passed 10th Std. plus ITI (Electrician) with a 2-year full-time course from Government recognized institute with 3 years experience after ITI OR 2 years experience after ITI plus NCTVT in electrical maintenance works in Industry/ Commercial establishments / Hospitals.

Accounts Officer II:

• Candidates must have passed the Professional qualification of Chartered Accountant or ICWA with 5 years experience post-CA/ ICWA or 7 years total experience pre or post-CA/ ICWA

Stenographer:

• Candidates must have passed and graduated from a recognized University. Course in Short Hand with the speed of 80 w.p.m. and Typewriting @ 40 w.p.m. respectively. Computer Course of a minimum 3 months duration in Microsoft Office. Candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Computer or Information Technology are exempted from a 3-month computer course. Minimum one-year secretarial experience in a reputed organization. Preference will be given to candidates having Diploma in Secretarial Courses.

Deputy Chief Security Officer I:

• Candidates must have passed Ex-servicemen / Police/ Central Para Military Personnel worked in a capacity of JCOs of Armed Forces / Inspector of regular police and Central Para Military Forces OR Candidates working in Government Organizations / Public Sector Undertaking / Autonomous Bodies In Pay Matrix Level 8 (Pre-revised Grade Pay Rs.4800) or Candidates with 05 years of experience at Pay Matrix Level-7 (Pre-revised Grade Pay Rs.4600). Candidate should possess Graduation certificate from armed forces or any other recognized university. The candidate should possess a thorough knowledge of Security related work/ Firefighting.

Assistant Security Officer:

• Candidates must have passed an equivalent to a graduation certificate from Armed Forces or from any other recognized University. Ex-servicemen who have rendered a minimum of 15 years of service with the rank of Havildar / Sergent / Petty Officer or above For Civilian Candidates: Graduation from a recognized University and should be in possession of NCC ‘C’ certificate.
