Qualification:

Senior Manager:

• Graduation in any discipline under a regular stream of education, i.e., 10+2+3 pattern.
• Candidates Should have worked as an officer for a minimum period of 7 years continuously in Micro Finance Institution. Should have proficiency in the operation of computers and have a valid driving license for Two-Wheeler vehicles.

Manager:

• Graduation in any discipline under a regular stream of education, i.e., 10+2+3 pattern.
• Candidates Should have worked as an officer for a minimum period of 5 years continuously in Micro Finance Institution. Should have proficiency in the operation of computers and have a valid driving license for Two-Wheeler vehicles.

Deputy Manager:

• Graduation in any discipline under a regular stream of education, i.e., 10+2+3 pattern.
• Candidates Should have worked as an officer for a minimum period of 3 years continuously in Micro Finance / Other Financial Institutions. Should have proficiency in the operation of computers and have a valid driving license for Two-Wheeler vehicles.

Assistant Manager:

• Graduation in any discipline under a regular stream of education, i.e., 10+2+3 pattern.
• Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Micro Finance or any Financial Institution. Must have proficiency in the operation of a computer and have a valid driving license for a Two-Wheeler vehicle

Administrative Assistant:

• Graduation in any discipline under a regular stream of education, i.e., 10+2+3 pattern. (Those who are completing graduation during the academic year 2022-23 can also apply)
• Candidates must have proficiency in the operation of a computer and have a valid driving license for a Two-Wheeler vehicle.

Age Limit:

• Senior Manager: 35 years
• Manager: 35 years
• Deputy Manager: 30 years
• Assistant Manager: 28 years
• Administrative Assistant: 28 years

Salary Package:

• Senior Manager: Rs.8.00 lakhs per annum
• Manager: Rs.6.50 lakhs per annum
• Deputy Manager: Rs.5.00 lakhs per annum
• Assistant Manager: Rs.4.30 lakhs per annum
• Administrative Assistant: Rs.3.50 lakhs per annum
