Qualification:

(i) Senior Counselor:

• Applicants should pass a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology / Counseling Psychology (or) Preference will be given to candidates with at least 2 years of experience in working on Violence against women issues in an administrative setup with a Government or Non-Government Programmes of with preferably 1-year experience of counseling either within or outside the same set-up. from a recognized Board.

(ii) Case Worker:

• Applicants should pass Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or Development Management. (Candidates with a Master’s Degree may also apply) (or) Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of experience in working on Violence against women issues in an administrative setup with a Government or Non-Government program of preferably 1-year experience of counseling either within or outside the same setup from a recognized Board.

(iii) Security Guard

• Applicants should Candidate should have experience working in an office set. Candidate should be a resident of the local community + Experience in a Relevant Field.

Age Limit:

Salary Package:

• Senior Counselor – Rs.20,000/-
• Case Worker – Rs.15,000/-
• Security Guard – Rs.10,000/-
