Qualification:

(i) Geologist:

• Applicants should pass a Masters Degree in Geological Science/ Geology/ Applied Geology/ Geo- Exploration/ Mineral Exploration/ Engineering Geology/ Marine Geology/ Earth Science and Resource Management/ Oceanography and Coastal Areas Studies/ Petroleum Geosciences/ Geochemistry from a recognized board.

(ii) Geophysicist:

• Applicants should pass M.Sc in Physics/ Applied Physics/ Geophysics/ Exploration Geophysics/ Applied Geophysics/ Marine Geophysics from a recognized board.

(iii) Chemist:

• Applicants should pass M.Sc in Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry from a recognized board.

(iv) Scientist B (Hydrogeology):

• Applicants should pass a Masters Degree in Geology/ Applied Geology/ Marine Geology/ Hydrogeology from a recognized board.

(v) Scientist B (Chemical):

• Applicants should pass M.Sc in Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry from a recognized board.

(vi) Scientist B (Geophysics):

• Applicants should pass M.Sc in Physics/ Applied Physics/ Geophysics/ Exploration Geophysics/ Applied Geophysics/ Marine Geophysics from a recognized board.

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 32 years
