• Senior Manager: Recognized Degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology & a Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by the State Government

• Assistant Manager: Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Naval Architecture/ Marine Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University
