Qualification:

(i) Manager (Mechanical):

• Applicants should pass a Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized board. Experience: Minimum of 9 years post-qualification managerial experience in Shipbuilding Company or Ship Repair or Engineering Company or Other Marine Related Engineering companies.

(ii) Manager (Marine):

• Applicants should pass a Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized board. Experience: Minimum of 9 years post qualification experience on board ships with at least 3 years experience as an Independent Watch Keeping Engineer on board ships.

(iii) Deputy Manager (Naval Architecture):

• Applicants should pass a Degree in Architecture Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized board. Experience: Minimum of 7 years post-qualification managerial experience in Shipyard or Offshore Fabrication /Other Marine Installations or Classification Societies or Marine-related Engineering companies.

(iv) Deputy Manager (Mechanical):

• Applicants should pass a Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized board. Experience: Minimum of 7 years post-qualification managerial experience in • Shipbuilding or Ship repair or Engineering company or Offshore Fabrication or Marine related Engineering companies.

(v) Assistant Manager (Safety):

• Applicants should pass a Degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology, A recognized Degree in Physics or Chemistry, (or) A recognized Diploma in any branch of Engineering or Technology from a recognized board. Experience: One year experience in the field of Industrial Safety in a Shipyard Factory or Government or Semi-Government Company / Establishment.

(vi) Assistant Manager (Finance):

• Applicants should pass a Degree in Chartered Accountants from a recognized board. Experience: Minimum of three years post-qualification managerial experience in the Finance Department of a Public Sector Undertaking Engineering company Commercial organization or Government / Semi-Government Company / Establishment.

Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 40 Years

Salary Package:

• Manager (Mechanical) – Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000/-
• Manager (Marine) – Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000/-
• Deputy Manager (Naval Architecture) – Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/-
• Deputy Manager (Mechanical) – Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/-
• Assistant Manager (Safety) – Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/-
