  • HR Consultant: Candidates should have passed a Degree, PG Diploma in Personnel Management/Labour Welfare / Industrial Relations / Management / Behavioural Science / Training & Development / HRD / HRM / Organizational Development (2 years) / PG Diploma in Personnel Management (OR) MBA with specialization in PM / IR / HRD / HRM or its equivalent from a recognized board.
  • Manager (PR & Corporate Communication): Candidates should have passed a Degree with Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Journalism / Mass Communication / Public Relations or its equivalent from a recognized board.
  • Manager (Legal): Candidates should have passed a Degree in Law / LLB or its equivalent from a recognized board.
  • Manager (Procurement / IMM): Candidates should have passed a Degree in any Discipline with 2 years of MBA / Post Graduate Degree / Diploma with specialization in Materials Management / Supply Chain Management / Marketing Management or its equivalent from a recognized board.
  • Executive (HR-CSR): Candidates should have passed a Degree with Full time 02 years MSW / MBA / Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Human Resources / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / PM & IR or its equivalent from a recognized board.
  • Database Administrator, System Administrator (LINUX), IT Support Consultant, Web Developer (PHP): Candidates should have passed Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems (OR) MCA or its equivalent from a recognized board.
  • Young Professional (HR-Generalist): Candidates should have passed Degree with Full time 02 years MBA / Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Human Resources / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / PM & IR or its equivalent from a recognized board.
