Qualification:

• Foreman (Aeronautical): Applicants Should have passed a Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Technology or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
• Foreman (Chemical): Applicants Should have passed a Degree in Chemical Engineering or Technology, Master’s Degree in Chemistry, or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
• Foreman Computer (IT): Candidates must have passed a Degree in Computer Engineering or Technology or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
• Foreman (Electrical): Candidates must have passed a Degree in Electrical Engineering or Technology or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
• Foreman (Electronics): Applicants Should have passed a Degree in Electronics Engineering or Technology, a Master’s Degree in Electronics or in Physics with Electronics or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
• Foreman (Metallurgy): Applicants Should have passed a Degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Technology or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
• Foreman (Textile): Candidates must have passed a Degree in Textile Engineering or Technology or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
• Deputy Director of Employment: Applicants Should have passed a Master’s degree in Economics or Statistics or Mathematics or Commerce or Psychology or Sociology or Social Work or Public Administration or Business Administration, 5 Years of Experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
• Assistant Controller of Mines: Applicants Should have passed a Bachelor of Engineering or Technology in Mining Engineering or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
• Labour Officer: Applicants Should have passed a Degree, Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Social Work or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations Personnel Management, 3 Years of Experience or Personnel Management or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
